The theme of the contest is simply “Winter”.  Capture the outdoor beauty of winter from the kids building a snowman to icicles hanging in the sunlight. Photo entries will be judged on artistic creativity, originality, composition and their ability to captivate the imagination.  To enter the contest you must be a registered member of the Short Stop website.  Just click here or the register link above and enter your email address.  In addition to being eligible to enter photo contests you will receive  monthly Newsletters informing you of specials, newsletter only coupons and photo tips.  We do not sell email addresses. Each registered website subscriber is allowed 2 entries. There will 2 rounds of voting. First, we want our registered members to vote for the top 3 entries.  Registered subscribers are allowed 1 vote per contest. The Short Stop Photo staff will make the final selection and name the contest winner. We want to give amateur photographers a chance to show off their photography skills and be recognized for their work.  The winner will receive a custom framed & matted enlargement of their photo and a $50 Short Stop Gift Certificate. The winning photographer will have their work prominently displayed in the Beverly store and on the Short Stop website.
